Your billing address entered during payment must match the billing address on file with your credit or debit card exactly. This is not limited to just zip codes. The system compares every character, so even small differences that most people would consider the same address can cause the payment to be declined.

For example:
999 5TH St. and 999 5Th Street may look like the same address, but the payment processor recognizes them as different.

Your ZIP code must also match exactly. If your card issuer has 79382 on file, entering a previous or different ZIP code—even if you've lived there before—can cause the transaction to be declined.
